Monika Pierce, founder of the homegirl collective, is a dynamic coach dedicated to providing executives with the tools, resources and support to achieve their professional and personal goals through a holistic and integrated approach to overall well-being.  She is a community and wellness leader that has inspired and guided the transformation in  the lives of thousands of women and men. By her mother's side, her journey began at the age of 10 as a community volunteer, igniting her passion for empowering communities and driving social impact initiatives. Today, she fiercely advocates for equity and representation of diverse populations in the health and wellness industry.

Monika also advises organizations across various industries on operations, change management, and meaningful DEI strategies that drive employee engagement, broaden customer base and increase brand recognition. She leads customized wellness workshops specifically designed to support underrepresented employees. Certified as an AFAA group fitness instructor and Holistic Nutritionist, Monika has collaborated with local organizations to offer fitness classes and education to diverse communities, emphasizing the importance of nourishing both the body, mind, and spirit.
