Midlife asks a lot of us at once. Your body is changing, your energy and sleep may not look like they used to, and the roles you've held for years, whether as a mother, a daughter, a leader, or a partner, are shifting too. Nobody gave most of us a map for this season, and a lot of women are quietly figuring it out alone.
In our work together, I help you make sense of what's changing and respond with intention instead of frustration. We look at the daily habits that support you right now, how to ask for what you need at home and at work, and how to let go of the version of yourself that you're still measuring against. I don't believe midlife is something to fix or hide. It's a transition, and you can move through it with more clarity and self-trust than you had before.
Coaching complements, and does not replace, care from your doctor or other medical provider. I'll always encourage you to keep them in the conversation
